This elite venue has proved a popular choice with prestigious brands desiring full exclusivity and a complete brand takeover of a classic Mayfair townhouse. Moët & Chandon produced a three day event to create their own “Moet Summer House” private members’ club, where guests were treated to a day-to-night lineup of cultural events. Other previous events have included: “House of Next” by Next, “House of Holland” by Maison St-Germain in collaboration with House of Holland, “Maison Christian Dior” by Dior as well as Burberry, Hermes and Amazon activations.

Within minutes from Bond Street, easy access to Green Park, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus Underground stations, Thirty Eight Grosvenor Square also offers close proximity to luxury hotels including The Biltmore, The Dorchester, The Connaught and Claridges.

With capacity for up to 300 guests standing, Thirty Eight Grosvenor Square has four main event rooms and seven further reception areas. The Georgian history is featured throughout the venue with exquisite hand-painted rococo-ceilings, cornices and frescos, floor-to-ceiling windows, pristine white walls and stunning black and white tiling upon entrance. The grand spiral staircase, complete with intricate black iron and gold balustrade transports you back to the time of classic glamour.
