Conference and Exhibition
Conferences can be long and stuffy, but with the right conference venue and catering, we can ensure yours is a day to be enjoyed from start to finish. Whether you choose a conference venue flooded with natural light and with inspiring London skyline views, or an urban warehouse with ample opportunity for theming and even an after-party, make sure your london conference venue is one to remember.
Landing Forty Two offers the perfect space for a centrally located London conference and is highly attended due to its exclusivity factor (guests can only visit the space with an invite). With its amazing city views, impressive entrance and slick on-site catering provided by Moving Venue, many of our clients who hold conferences here return again and again. The windows are all totally brandable, so you can clearly communicate your event message for your London conference.
Clients and attendees alike love conference events at Printworks London. Its completely unique look and vast size mean the sky really is the limit when it comes to creating an impressive conference event. The interlinking spaces are particularly useful during conferences, as we can create spaces like breakout areas, auditoriums, bag and coat checks and even an outdoor food festival, each within their own room. If your event grows year on year, the venue can grow with you as you use more of the space available. There’s also the option of an after-party to ensure your conference is one people really do want to attend! Printworks is popular with tech clients: Just Eat, GitHub, Quickbooks and Privitar have all held events here.
Be one of the first to hold your conference at new event space Magazine London. The mezzanine spaces can be used as stylish breakout areas, receptions or sponsor spaces, and there are meetings and green rooms available. All tech can be installed easily and all facilities are included in your hire. There’s also a large outdoor space which can be utilised throughout the warmer months for fresh air breaks, drinks or lunch. We can provide recommendations for local hotel space for delegates at special rates.
Dock X London makes conferences easy – it’s a one-stop shop, with everything you need to set up your conference easily. Vibration Design and Production can provide furniture packages, and we can create an indoor food festival using our partnership with KERB. This conference venue has the benefit of having an industrial look and feel but with various mod cons, including sleek toilets, effective heating, some dedicated VIP parking spaces, and a storage or coat check area.
We pride ourselves on ensuring the exhibitions we help our clients create are visually impressive and impactful. Whichever space you choose for your exhibition venue, we’ll ensure that it works for the look and impression you’re trying to create.
Landing Forty Two provides a sleek and chic backdrop for small exhibitions, set within one of London’s prestigious newer skyline buildings. Clients such as Aveva chose Landing Forty Two as they wanted a modern, impressive exhibition venue which they could set up with presentation space at one wing, catering in the centre, and exhibition stands at the other wing.
Unlike traditional exhibition venues, Printworks London provides a blank canvas space for clients to really use their creativity. Powered by Retail Week and Nexus Connected World Summit were both held here to great effect, with clients lauding the abundance of interlinking space for the opportunity to host a range of activities across multiple areas. Seminar rooms, dressing rooms, auditoriums and even an exhibitor after-party are all possibilities here, as is a street food festival by KERB, held in the venue’s Container Yard outdoor space.
